 Not every property is photo-ready.

Sometimes a home is tenanted and the occupants have little interest in presenting it well.
Sometimes the agent hasn’t had time to prepare it properly.
Sometimes it’s generally tidy — but small distractions like keys, cables, remotes or paperwork weaken what should be a strong image.

As part of my workflow, I discreetly remove minor distractions before delivery — at no additional cost.

Edges, textures and architectural lines are manually refined to ensure the image remains structurally accurate and entirely believable. 

 This is careful post-production — not automation.
